Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to roasting schedules, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

Shipping policies, including free shipping eligibility, may vary and are displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our coffee is roasted to order:

  • Orders may not be eligible for cancellation once roasting has begun.

  • Returns are generally accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
