At SipsNBrews, every bag of coffee is roasted to order. We do not ship pre-roasted or warehouse-stored coffee. This approach ensures peak freshness and flavor — and it also means our shipping process is different from mass-produced coffee brands.

Roast-to-Order Processing Time

All coffee orders are custom roasted after your order is placed.

  • Orders typically require 3–5 business days for roasting, packaging, and preparation.

  • During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We believe this time is essential to deliver coffee at its best — not coffee that has been sitting on a shelf.


Shipping Time (After Processing)

Once your order ships, delivery times generally are:

  • United States: 1–5 business days after shipment

  • United Kingdom: delivery times vary based on location and carrier

  • International orders: delivery times vary by destination and carrier

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

For most U.S. orders, total delivery time is typically:

5–10 business days

This timeline reflects the care taken to roast your coffee fresh for you.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on order size and destination.

In general:

  • Single bags ship via standard postal services

  • Larger orders may ship via priority or ground services

Shipping method selection is determined by what best protects your order during transit.


Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on eligible orders as displayed at checkout.
Shipping promotions and eligibility may change without notice.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Orders may show a “pre-shipment” status while your coffee is being roasted and packaged.

  • Tracking updates may begin once the carrier scans the package.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our coffee is roasted to order:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once roasting begins

  • Please contact us immediately if you need help with an order

We will always do our best to assist before production starts.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations.

Important notes:

  • International delivery times cannot be guaranteed

  • Customs delays, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

  • International orders are non-refundable once shipped

We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before ordering.

Fast shipping usually means coffee that was roasted days or weeks before you ordered it.
Our coffee is roasted only after purchase, so it arrives closer to peak flavor.
